Never have and never would unless it was an emergency! Even then, I would call his cell first. He has a pretty relaxed work environment so it wouldn't be too difficult to reach him on my own.

☠JUST☆MEEH☠ --- 210 days ago -

Only time I ever did I had fallen down the stairs with the baby in my arms and couldn't move and my doors were locked so I couldn't call any friends, and he was in the field so no service. Long wait laying on those stairs waiting holding a 6 month old.

bonerific --- 210 days ago -

I contacted a KV to get ahold of my husband in Iraq. She talked to her husband everyday. I only talked to mine every three weeks.

Regina George --- 210 days ago -

She talked to her husband everyday. I only talked to mine every three weeks. Some just don't want to call that often...my husband called me every day on his last deployment, and looking back we both wish he wouldn't have. We never had anything new to talk about.

PeachyKeene --- 210 days ago -

I call my husband's work number whenever I need to get in touch with him. I dont call it during "day time working hours" unless I HAVE to. I cant get him on his cell. His job "allows" me to do that. When he is not on quota, I dont call his work number unless it's at night when he is on duty. But his job is different than most, so our system works. Plus Im not calling to talk to his 1stSgt or his CO.

Mrs.Camp --- 210 days ago -

If I have questions I contact my FRO as well, she is awesome! Nope, I just call his phone if I need him :)

All Abouts --- 210 days ago -

I call my husband on his cell, I dont even know his work phone number, lol.. every time I fill any paper work that ask his work phone number I just list his cell number. However if I ever really need to talk to him, and I cant reach him on his cell phone,.I will be calling every number possible till I find him. While he was deployed.. I was a KV, so no need to call anyone else for help

PeachyKeene --- 210 days ago -

When mine was deployed I could email him and he would call me.

CPPrincess(Mystic chocolate) --- 210 days ago -

LakerGirl --- 210 days ago -

Never had, never would. I assume he wouldn't contact my employer for personal issues either.

juggernaut's wife --- 210 days ago -

Never

krisbunny --- 210 days ago -

My wife never has. And if she did, I'd come home and give her a reason to involve them. LMAO

krisbunny --- 210 days ago -

I cant tell you how many wives, even GFs would call. AND on his personal cell. My favorite was where the wife (also a marine) called my hubs cuz her man locked himself in the bathroom and wouldnt come out. He played marriage counselor a lot last time he was in the fleet. I rememeber this one chick...UGH! He had been on the phone a large part of the day answering the same questions over and over. He gets home and and the second he came thru the door *RING*. After hearing her ask and him repeat himself 10x I went on th balcony and yelled at him to get off the effen phone that we had to go somewhere and he was on my time now, making us late, I've heard him answer the same damn quetions over and over to tell her to write it down. I made her cry (not on purpose) and she finally let him go. He was mad at me. But seriously, it was over the fact that the guy wouldnt pay her cell phone bill!

lilmansmom --- 210 days ago -

who would call because their hubby is not home by 4pm.. that is silly my husband works late all the time last week some nights were till 9 and 10 pm.

CPPrincess(Mystic chocolate) --- 210 days ago -

who would call because their hubby is not home by 4pm you would be suprised

bonerific --- 210 days ago -

who would call because their hubby is not home by 4pm the unstable ones..

Charlie'sWife --- 210 days ago -

who would call because their hubby is not home by 4pm.. that is silly my husband works late all the time last week some nights were till 9 and 10 pm. I always wondered the same thing until I met my husbands newest coworkers wife. LOL, the term "trust issues" doesn't even begin to cover it.

♥♍♥1hotmama --- 210 days ago -

The only time I called was when I went into labor early with our daughter but even then I called his cell and he put me on speaker so I could talk to the guy in charge since they were coming back from the field.

O G docswife --- 210 days ago -

only when i was in labor. there is nothing that his work could do for me that i can't do for myself. unless my husband leaves me with nothing, and i have nowhere else to go. that would be the only reason. or something very drastic like severe alcohol or drug abuse, but i think even then i would just call the popo and let them contact the command.

*The Real G's Wifey* --- 210 days ago -

He gets calls all the time,...... the best was a woman wanted my husband to keep his Marine(her husband) at work so he wouldn't know she was moving out. Idiot. She was the same wife that got a DUI and was arrested

lilmansmom --- 210 days ago -

my husband old command was into famlies... they called me when i had my misscariages, they even sent flowers and gave hubby a week off of work docking him leave. I never called them they called me.

Liz~*Celebrating Home *~ --- 210 days ago -

I called Duty a few times but that was bc I was in the ER bc I couldnt breathe much and the last time I called was bc our son got hurt at daycare. He cracked his elbow and had to have emergency surgery. I called the FRO, the Duty and even red cross. He called me about 8 hours after the accident and had no clue. I was a bit annoyed that no one got word to him, but he was in 29 palms and service was horrible. The Fro emailed quite a few people. She kept asking if I wanted him home and said no, he is where he needs to be, I just wanted to let him know. 2 days later he got all the messages.

krisbunny --- 210 days ago -

My husband was in Iraq and I totaled my car on the fwy and I still didnt call anyone cuz thank God I was ok. I just waited till he called. (the next day or 2)

lucky --- 210 days ago -

My wife never has. And if she did, I'd come home and give her a reason to involve them. haha. You sound like my husband. This thread reminds me of the thread I made a while back regarding a "Meet the Co" meeting my husbands battalion held...good times.

Hoping for a miracle --- 210 days ago -

I've called him at work a few times when I needed his input right then and there, or I've had an urgent situation that required his attention. But that's only because he doesn't get cell reception at work. Everything else just waits for his call at lunch or when he gets home.

*giggle butt* --- 210 days ago -

I did once. I was having a miscarriage and he wasn't answering his phone. So, it was a medical emergency. Oh, and last week when his relative died. NEVER over money, marital issues, etc.

MandaBabyy --- 210 days ago -

I've never directly involved his command. My FRO wouldn't return my e-mails.. I waited six weeks for a reply. I left two voicemails and e-mailed her and she never responded. I called her supervisor, who told my husband's command and it was mentioned to him later.

T♥K♥C 6 --- 210 days ago -

Manda did you ever hear from the FRO?

El Doosho --- 210 days ago -

Only time I ever did I had fallen down the stairs with the baby in my arms and couldn't move and my doors were locked so I couldn't call any friends, and he was in the field so no service. Long wait laying on those stairs waiting holding a 6 month old. Just curious, but why not dial 911??

MandaBabyy --- 210 days ago -

Manda did you ever hear from the FRO? Even after I called her supervisor.. NO. The news that I called her supervisor made it all the way to Afghanistan to my husband's 1stSgt and back to him.. and SHE STILL DIDN'T CALL ME BACK.
