Would you tell a friend or non friend that their man or woman is cheating on them. Having undisputable proof of the affair.

I have never been in this situation, but I would tell them and let them deal with it. Even if I lost the friendship, at least I wouldn't feel like I am failing as a friend by keeping the secret. 

Nope! Especially if I had no evidence! Not my business anyway. I don't want to be the one to blame on EITHER party!

If it was a close friend...Then maybe I would cause chances are they'd do the same thing. But if it's a non-friend...Nah, don't think so.

Yup gotta let them know if you know, a wise man once told me, "let me find out on my own that my wife cheated, I'm knocking on all the neighbors doors and shooting them". Our neighbors all know our cars and they know who goes into our houses so one of them knew and didn't say anything. 

I would never tell a friend or a non friends... however I would consider maybe taking my friend for a drive that may happen to be where her spouse is doing the thing and opps what a coincidence .. or torture the cheater with "" I know what you doing """ 

Honestly you will never know what you will do till you are in a situation. 

I found out that my bff of 20 yrs husband was cheating on her and confronted him. He begged me not to tell and I told I wouldn't. I kept the secret long enough to set his a$$ up, and my bff and I caught him. She knew a few days beforehand, and she suspected it for a while. She left him and her and their son moved in with me for 2 yrs until they got on their feet. She still says 7 yrs later it's the best thing that ever happened. 

Its their business, you dont want to get caught up in that mess 

This situation has come up in my life.. and I told. 

Yes. Even if that means I'll be the bad guy and I lose the friendship. I would want to know.

If I had proof, yes. Physical proof.. not proof "I saw him/her do it" ... Like Im talking a picture or a video. Otherwise, I would tell them they needed to pay attention to their other half. 

I have told this guy's other girlfriend that he was seeing me at the same time. So I have been there done that. I would want to know if my husband was cheating on me even if I wasn't friends with them.

its none of my bussiness what he or she is doing. it would not get in the way of our friendship what they do in their personal life should not be judged by you. besides i am sure there can always be a story told on how and what happened. i have actually had a neighber tell my husband i did that then thought the guy was at my house came up and said he was a piece of shit and that my husband child was really his and he know it. the best part of the story is that is was my brother who was a marine and was visting! so i would never put my foot in my mouth like that guy did. though me adn my brother and husband get a laugh out of it!

I am VERY uncomfortable talking to his wife...who was a good friend. I don't want to get involved, but I also can't maintain the same friendship with his wife. I keep telling her I've been "really busy". 

well if you feel that then maybe you should talk to him and say what you seen and here what he has to say. and why was he out with out her anyhow? i would always trust my close friends to tell me how they feel but would never let somethign that i dont konw the full story about get in the way. i am sure that she has a clue or if not than maybe she does not know her hubby well enough. i would always know if something was differant with my husband.
