I should be home most of the day, this is the only day this month I don't have anything to do but clean has and do laundry YAY!!! YAY!!! to be home, not so much for laundry LOL :D

yeah I seen that they have bags, but I went past there last month and the line was already down to past the community center at 930am.. 

It starts around 11am or E5 and below and 12pm for E6 above. 

I have not seen it start yet at 10am.. usually starts at noon or a little bit before..
