There are apartments on Margarita/Solana.... its Sycamore something. They are nice, have stackable washer & dryer, ceiling fans, A/C, bacony..... but, no garages. They are decently priced.

The ones near me are really nice with 2 car garages (at least if not all attached) and little yards too. We are looking at 2 houses in the Temecula area for $1500. They are 3 bedroom, 2 bath. So I would say look at houses too! Craigslist is great for the houses.

there are some condo's off of madison and los alamos right across from mulligans My sister just signed a lease on a 2 bed/2 bath condo here for $1,000 with full size washer/dryer in the unit, plus a garage. It's completely gated with a nice pool & gym, and the condos are bigger & nicer than any of the apartment complexes. I think they're called the Reserves at Madison Park. If you do a google search, you can find private owners listing condos for rent there.
