Okay neighbors. I have asked you countless times to keep your damn kids out of my garden. Yesterday I got they are just playing in the dirt. Okay well there is stuff planted there. I get f off. Today we. Come home from the zoo. Their kids are in our garden. We say can you make sure they dont play in the garden. What does my husband get. Don't blame my daughter she hasn't been in your garden. We just saw her and her toys are still there. Really grow up. I can take I every now and then but everyday. And they just pluck the flowers :( I worked super hard and put a lot of time and Money. And I suck at gardening. I was proud of my little garden and now my tulips are gone and my dragonsnap sprouts are stomped. And they let their kids draw with chalk. That's fine. On my welcome mat and all over my screen door. Not okay. One of the ladies took burnt brownie and wrote her name on the wall. I am over all this really watch your kids. It's not that hard.

Anyways... I would keep a record and photos of everything, especially damages to your property. I am not one to report every incident like the situation your in but you never know what that parent/brownie burner might turn it into. They could turn on you and claim you were verbally attacking thier children. Keep a record, report it if you feel obliged.

I can not stand the Serra Mesa office...I had such a miserable time with them. Which court are you in if you do not mind my asking? I lived in Dyer by the mailboxes...and only had issues with a couple of neighbors (actually it was two sets of neighbors, and they both moved out after their six months! - one after another because they were in the same unit!).

I never had an issue besides people being obnoxiously loud... 

Well there are two kids. They are both 3 or 4 but one mom is pregnant.
