So told me that they have double strollers to rent, Does anyone know if this is true? Also do they allow food for babies in the park?

They do not have double strollers only single. They have never had the doubles only disney world. A single rental is $15 and you can bring food in a backpack just not a cooler. I asked last weekend when I was there. 

Only singles and I thought it was $10 but could be $15?
You can bring a backpack but no coolers

No doubles only single. Any double you have seen was personal not rental.
