Can you take your dog on a run out there. I have never been so didn't know what the rules are. And yes, I will bring a doggy bag to pick up the poopoo. 

No, not as far as I know. The only place they are allowed is on the campsites for people registered there.

No you can't. The only beach around that you can take your dogs too is down in Del Mar. 

The signs there say no dogs. 

Well they have a dog beach at delmar beach, i dont know about a "regular" beach though.
